How to draw - Beautiful Sunlight in a deep Forest - Acrylic & Oil painting

How to draw A Beautiful Sunlight in a deep Forest | Paint with Dilip Art

ABOUT PICTURE

So as I travel a lot, I am very fond of nature. So I had been thinking for long to make a painting of nature in the mid-day. It came in my mind to draw a jungle at first because I believe beauty is opened in actually on green. So here is a deep jungle a light has fallen in the middle of the jungle.

Here I use types of colors such as burnt sienna, ivory black, Prussian blue, flake white, chrome yellow deep hue and lemon yellow. I use some different types of brushes like flat brush no. 4,8,12 ; fan brush no. 4, flat brush 2” and spatula knife.

Canvas – 21ʺ x 14ʺ

HOW TO DRAW OIL PAINTING STEP BY STEP FOR BEGINNER

STEP 1: Here I have white canvas where I will put colors. But I was thinking what I should draw. Then a thought came in my mind to draw a painting of a dense jungle. So at the beginning to make a denseness of the jungle and the shadows of the trees I put blue colors in many places in order to where the light and shadows will be. Blur all the colors then you will have a very beautiful base of this drawing.

STEP 2: I wanted the light to come from the middle part of this page. For that I used flake white and light yellow and blur it with soft brush.

STEP 3: Now this is the part where I have to draw trees in the far area. For that I mixed Prussian blue and flake white but you have to make sure that mixture should be very light if it goes dark the tree will have effect of front trees then it will be very difficult to make those trees in the far. For leaves I used fan brush.

STEP 4: Now I have drawn some trees in little front of those trees I have made in the far. For that I used blue. But I took very less amount of colors in the brush because I can’t make too deep here. There will be more trees in the very front.

STEP 5: Then draw two or three trees in the very front with blue and leaves also with blue. And then use some green on the leaves. And also use some chrome yellow where I want sunlight directly coming from.

STEP 6: Now the interesting lighting part. But you have to draw carefully. Then I drew yellow and white for stems with spatula knife and a thin brush in the lights in the leaves. And in many places where the light falls I used light yellow and white.

STEP 7: Now to make the painting more attractive I drew two more trees with blue and burnt sienna in the very front. In these trees i detailed it with chrome yellow and white with spatula. But as it is in the front carefully detail it.
