Travel Easel free demo | Dilip Art

Hello friends, today I am going to do my very first product review. I am going to share my thoughts on an easel, which I recently bought from Kolkata. Please check out the unboxing and demonstration video of this that I have uploaded in my YouTube channel. So let’s get into the review.

It comes in a cardboard packaging. Inside the box the easel is securely placed between two polystyrene foam blocks. It is actually a contractible easel which you can carry in your backpack quite easily. It is made of wood, weighs about 4.5kg. The tripod and the canvas holder are contracted together. There is also a drawer, on which the tripod and the canvas holder are contracted. It is really easy to expand all the parts. You can easily adjust the height of the tripod and the canvas holder. The addition of the drawer is really clever. It has four compartments, a long one to keep the brushes and three smaller ones to keep the paint tubes. It can be easily used as storage and it is also helpful while painting. I found another surprise inside the drawer, a contractible color palate.

I am really happy with this product.

See you later.

How to draw , Beautiful sea wave , soft pastel

ABOUT PICTURE

Hi, I am Dilip Sarkar, as you all know the purpose of my website is to let you know many simple techniques to draw variety of beautiful paintings. So these kind paintings are basically drawn with oil painting and acrylic. But for students I wanted to let you learn some easy techniques to draw such paintings with soft pastel. So here are some easy steps to draw this beautiful painting of a big wave. I hope you all love and enjoy this. Try it and make you skills better.

TOOLS: -

Colors: Blue, White, Pink, Green, and Yellow

I have used black sheet,

HOW TO DRAW STEP BY STEP (SOFT PASTEL)

STEP 1: This is a drawing of a big wave with soft pastel so if I drew it in a white page it would be little difficult to combine colors easily so that I have taken a black page.

On that I have put blue color making a design of big wave. You can us white for the outline (See picture). Then I blurred it smoothly.

STEP 2: Now as the sky I have used white, little amount of blue and pink and blurred it.

STEP 3: then I used white on the outline of the wave then used more white color in the way it shows the splashed water on the top and I blurred it very little.

STEP 4: It is very important and interesting step. Then I used little green, yellow and very little white just below the wave outline which would show that the reflected light in the wave water. And just below that I used turquoise blue and very little white and blurred it. (See image for knowing how I used the pastel)

STEP 5: In this step your drawing almost has become very beautiful. After blurring it very smoothly I have made some color in the left with turquoise blue and white. It is basically to give an effect of the shape big wave which consumes color from the sky.

STEP 6: Then in the lower portion of the wave I put blue and detailed that area with white which shows that the wave ends there with the sea.

Step 7: Then give more detail to it with white.

STEP 8: Then I used deep blue very less amount in the lower portion where some shadow occur. And I also gave it in the top. But remember the amount is very low.

Step 9: include more detail to it as needed. For more you can watch the video linked below. And I will suggest you using spray because it will keep your drawing safe from being faded

THANK YOU FOR VISITING.

How to draw , Most Beautiful Waterfalls - acrylic & watercolor

ABOUT PAINTING

As I very much fond of drawing nature painting so again I have drawn a nature painting. It is very beautiful waterfalls painting. But here I have used some new techniques. And using the combination of water color and acrylic color is the best I think for this painting. Because water color lighter color than acrylic. That’s why acrylic opens up a beauty on the water color. I hope you all enjoy this and will learn some easy steps to draw.

COLORS:

TOOLS:

COLORS: Prussian blue, Sky blue, White, Yellow, Orange, Red, & burnt sienna,

BRUSHES: I use some different types of brushes like round brush no. 0, 4, 8, and 12; fan brush no. 4,

HOW TO DRAW STEP BY STEP|WATER COLOR AND ACRYLIC COLOR

STEP 1: Fist I set the page on the board for better and smooth drawing with a tape. It’s important to understand how you can draw suitably.

STEP 2: Here fist I have started painting with water color. It is basically water color painting. So in this step I put some blue color mixing it with sufficient water so that its looks a kind of sky color which is basically the color of water falls. You can watch how I used the brush.

STEP 3: Then I flipped the page a little bit so that the water falls down on the page and it automatically took the shape of water falls. Lastly I gave a little more good shape of water falls using the brush as you can see in the picture.

STEP 4: We can see many trees and flowers around water falls. So for that I put orange color in the right side and light green in the left side. After that I used very little brown on that mixing it with little orange.

STEP 5: Then I put light green on the right side and in the left side I put a color mixing green and brown. I put dark base color so that I can put light color further.

STEP 6: Now I have used acrylic color which give a very beautiful effect on that water color light base. After that I have used green acrylic in the left side with fan brush to make the leaves and also in the right side. And in the left side on that dark base I put orange using the brush in the way it looks like flower leaves etc.

STEP 7: Its very beautiful and interesting step because here your drawing will change. Her I have drew some stems. Some are small and some are big. Then I made leaves on that. For the leaves I have used fan brush again and the color I used red fast then orange. It’s very beautiful combination. And I have also drawn some orange leaves in the right side. All I am saying that you can draw variety of leaves variety of color combination.

How to draw a glass and orange juice with oil pastels | Dilip Realisti...

ABOUT PICTURE

Today I have made an oil pastel drawing which is very easy. The purpose of drawing this is I see many students drawing with oil pastel but they never wants to stay with this colour very long and before learning the full of this colours they wants to try water colour or some other colours. So I wanted to change that thinking and wanted to show that students can draw realistic drawings with oil pastel. It gets a very beautiful texture on the page and also it has many benefits and advantages that the colours stay on the page for long. It has a oily effect on the drawing after painting.

COLORS: Oil Pastels- Orange, Primary Red, Prussian blue, Medium Yellow, Deep Yellow, Grey and White.

Used paper- Black art paper

STEP 1: At first I sketched the drawing of one whole orange and two pieced apple and a glass of water with normal sketch pencil. I have used black art paper because it has much white and light effect. You can see the above picture given.

STEP 2: Then I used orange and yellow colour for the whole orange. And then I used medium yellow for the orange peel. Remember that I put orange colour mostly in the right side because I selected the left side as the light side.

STEP 3: For the inner part of the orange I used medium yellow and for the outline I used white and in the centre as we see a white dot I also drew that.

STEP 4: Now it’s a very important one because most of student fears of drawing a glass. So as it was sketched already, on that i again overdrew it with white. And don’t forget to draw the juice layer and the lower area where many lights are reflected. And in somewhere I used the white pastel lightly and rub it with finger to make the glass effect as I did in the drawing.

STEP 5: I put medium yellow for the juice and on that I used orange colour in the right side because the light is coming from the left side.

STEP 6: So it is last step. Here the drawing will change into beauty. At first I lithe in the glass and many other areas with white as needed. Then I drew the glass reflections on the table with blue and white. And then I added red in many places for the spreading reflection of the orange through the glass.

If you have drawn it in a proper way then you have a drawing like this

how to draw acrylic painting , kangsabati dam

How to draw acrylic painting, kangsabati dam

ABOUT PICTURE
Hi, I am Dilip Sarkar, welcome to my channel of art.
I travel a lot and see many beautiful views. And I love to put those on my canvas. So once I went to Mukutmonipur, India and I saw this very beautiful place which is kanshabati dam that filled my eyes. So I wanted to draw it for my students. It is always touches my heart to draw nature painting especially from real views and it contains lot more techniques and combinations of art. That’s why itis my wish to let youall learn easy step and techniques to develop your art skills.

ACRYLIC COLORS: turquoise blue, flake white, chrome yellow burnt sienna, deep green and chrome yellow.

BRUSHES: Flat brush no. 2, 4, 8, 12; Fan brush no. 4

HOW TO DRAW ACRYLIC PAINTING| STEP BY STEP

STEP 1: This is very easy painting basically. To make it easier I have used burnt sienna for background. I have colored the whole canvas with this mix up because it will itself give a color of river side base. So after the color would have been dried I have started painting on it. Then I put turquoise blue in all the left side leaving some area in the right side. And in the right side where river ends on the land I have drawn a shape of the last layer of wave shown in the river bank. (See picture for better understanding)

STEP 2: Then I used white in the sky portion making a line which shows the line that we see in the far where we can see the river for the last to be mixed with sky. And I blurred itputting more white in some places but keeping the line visible.

STEP 3: Then I put white in the river sides for the waves but not too much because it has not much waves and blurred it a little bit to the left side for a realistic effect. You have to draw it fast you should not keep the color for long then it will grab brush lines because this color dries fast.

STEP 4: Now comes the very interesting part. I here put whiteand little burnt sienna color in the land using the brush in a kind of curve shape for the lower land just next to the river sides where the waves ends with the land. Then I took burnt sienna in my brush and just put it above the lower land for another area attached to it in the upper. And I used brush in some places in kind of nudging it to make some detail for high and low areas on the land which we can see on the river sides.

STEP 5: Then Used deep green on the burnt sienna for grass then light green and for more light I put chrome yellow. After this you can add more detailing many places as needed like in river, sky etc.

For more information , visit my website :- http://www.dilipgallery.com/

ABOUT PICTURE

As my viewers know most of time I draw nature painting. I like mostly the combination of sunset. Today I wanted to draw the end of the sunset which itself consumes a very beautiful color combination. I have chosen the mountain because it’s easy for viewers to draw and also beautiful. I think you will find here very easy steps to draw a very beautiful oil painting easily. I hope you all enjoy this painting.

TOOLS:

BRUSHES: I used different types of brushes here such as flat brush No. 2, 4, 8, and 12 and round brush No. 0 and a flat 2 inch brush.

CANVAS SIZE: 18 x 14

COLORS: Prussian blue, Cobalt blue, Burnt sienna, Orange, Chrome yellow, Crimson red, flake white

STEP 1: in the first step I want to put colors for the sky. Much time I drew many sunset combinations but today’s painting is about the time just after sunset. So we see a very typical combination in the sky at that time with dark in the top and light below the dark which shows that night is arriving after the day. So I put Prussian blue in the top and next to that I mixed red and white making the deep red lighter like pink and the put Chrome yellow on that. And Remember I started putting the blue from right and kept the light in the left side. And blur it.

STEP 2: Then I put white on that to make clouds on the sky. Then I blurred this with another fresh flat brush.

STEP 3: Here I have drawn some mountains some in the front and some in the far. So I have started from the far. For the mountains in the far I drew it withCobalt blue but not too deep.

STEP 4: Then Just next to that I blurred that color with a flat brush in a rounded way with the same color. As the canvaswas white so it already takes a light color itself.

STEP 5: After that I drew another hillseries with Prussian blue with the same method as I did in the step 4.

STEP 6: Then I made the lake with blue, white and in the sides of the lake keeping some area blank I put the same color as I used in the sky because of the reflection of the sky. Then at the left side I drew another hill with Prussian blue.

STEP 7: Then I drew more front hills but in the way it seems those hills ends in the lake. I used basically Prussian blue. And the last one I drew with burnt sienna.

STEP 8: Then I lighted the hills mixing flake white and little red using spatula.

STEP 9: Then I also drew the waves of the lakes with flake white, orange and chrome yellow. But remember you have to take very little amount of orange and red color. And for some more light detain in the front land which is basically the ends of the mountain.

STEP 10: Then you will have a beautiful picture of the hill at the time of sunset end. Obviously you can add more detail as needed.
